Buyers and Suppliers

Our company specializes in connecting the right suppliers product to the needs of our buyers. We search throughout the Caribbean/Latin America and Internationally to source products to be imported for our US buyers.

Logistics

We excel in structuring the mobilization of used oil at the best price available and provide Port to Door service for both our buyers and sellers. We run pricing from shipping the supplier the equipment, to trucking the product to the buyer’s door.

Recycling and the EPA

We are a green company that imports non-hazardous motor oil which meets the EPA specifications to be recycled in the US. The product that we ship is filter processed and tested before shipping. No hazardous materials involved.

CARIB FUELS assists its suppliers/partners in the development and improvement of their facilities, equipment, storage and transport by implementing a system of checks and balances that assist in the professional collection of waste/used oils. The same leads to better profitability for our suppliers, and an assurance to our US buyers that they will receive a quality product that both meets EPA standards as well as those specific to their ultimate use.

Number 6 Fuel Oil

No. 6 fuel oil is a dense, viscous oil produced by blending heavy residual oils with a lighter oil to meet specifications for viscosity. This fuel may also be known as residual fuel oil (RFO).

Used Vegetable Oil

Recycled vegetable oil (UVO) is recovered from businesses and industry that use the oil for cooking. UVO can be used as a replacement for standard petroleum-derived fuels like gasoline.

Transmix

This is a mixture of refined products that forms when transported in pipelines. Contamination of a blending of different products such as gas, diesel, kerosene and oils creates transmix.

Crank Case Oil

Used mineral-based crankcase oil is another name for used motor oil/engine oil. This makes up the bulk of our supply and is used by: re-refinery’s, burners, asphalt producers, industrial lubricant manufacturing etc.
